Parking for any of the areas is $15 per vehicle, but beach and trail access to the park is free. The beach has a visitor center, historic information, maps, and cute shacks and bars for tourists. There are protected tidepools where starfish, hermit crabs, and anemone are easily spotted, and the water is beautifully clear. Usually you can see a painter or two out on the beach. Across PCH there are many different entrances for hiking trails, though they are difficult to access for pedestrians.
